As a child I was always trying to get behind the counter and see everything first. Helping adults with dirty dishes, adding little umbrellas into their final drinks and just being able to be there absorbing everything meant the world to me. I was curious and I loved it. Luckily, this never changed.
Cafés are the best sources of inspiration in every possible way - there is a ton of things constantly going on! Buzzing grinders, the smell of fresh coffee, a smile from barista pouring your filtered coffee in a cup in a room full of interesting people with different styles, preferencies and mindsets. Tons of visual stories. Fascinating!
Series of inspiring, open minded and interesting people who I really admire.

Whether at home, on a cycling trip somewhere in the countryside or at a visit of a vibrant city I always try to enjoy good food, fresh produce and their local cuisine.
David is a beekeeper and environmentalist who tossed the city and moved with his beautiful partner Sona to picturesque countryside of south Slovakia with one goal in mind - to teach people (and kids especially) about bees and educate them how to begin with beekeeping properly. I really don't know a better way of doing activism on a local level with so important and wide impact.
So, if you would like to become a beekeeper one day I really recommend his weekend workshops – I loved every minute of it!
